Stay Well Therapies is a mobile physiotherapy service led by Milush Romov, Chartered Physiotherapist. We deliver physiotherapy, falls prevention, and postural rehabilitation services in the comfort of your home or care setting.

Fees

Service	Fee
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment	£120 (up to 60 minutes)
Follow-Up Physiotherapy Session	£90 (approximately 45–50 minutes)
Travel Costs	Included within a 5-mile radius. Outside this, may incur a small surcharge (agreed in advance).

Services are provided only to self-funding patients. We do not accept payment via private health insurance or third-party billing arrangements.

• Payment is due at the time of the session (preferably via bank transfer or card)
• Invoicing is available for case managers, insurers, or ongoing packages

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be pre-booked via phone, email, or our booking form
• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £90 late cancellation fee unless in cases of genuine emergency

• Comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment planning
• Hands-on physiotherapy, rehabilitation exercises, and movement retraining
• Education and advice for injury prevention, balance, and mobility

Clinical Eligibility

We serve:

• Adults aged 18+
• Older adults requiring falls prevention or mobility rehab
• Clients in residential or nursing care homes

Please note that clients with complex medical needs or acute illness may require GP clearance prior to beginning treatment.
